As you are within the 24 pick-up period, do not cancel as you will be charged a no-show fee, are you not able to be there?

Only our business card with the name of the company on it and also my name + Authorization to use it
Does the driver have their own personal card? Thats the only way the reservation can be continued..
If the main driver will no be able to show any card, maybe we can change a driver to someone ho has got card.
Okay, well there is nothing extra I can say. I doubt very much they will be able to take the car.
