Ok well ALAMO say no cross border as do ENTERPRISE, but INTERNET do, they say:- Travel Restrictions Cross Border travel is allowed to Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro for additional 3€ per day + 15€ border insurance charge..

Other suppliers may as well. Surprisingly I dont see any estate cars. I am not sure why, It could be because you are searching 2020, and they perhaps haven't been loaded yet.
