Special equipment/optional extras may be requested at the time of booking, but they are not included in the rental price. They are paid in the local currency at the rental desk.
Terminal rental counter and pick-up
Upon arrival and after collecting your luggage please proceed to Terminal 1, Departures, Level 300 where you will find our office. If you cannot locate us, please call or ask the Airport information booth for Directions.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Cross Border Charges Are Not Included in the Rental Price Quoted.
Travel Is allowed to EU countries
Cross border fee of 4.00 EUR per day to a maximum of 35.00 EUR.
Travelling to Ukraine, the cost will depend on what vehicle you have. Cost is between 200-450 EUR one of charge depending on the size of the vehicle and must be pre-booked with branch.
