I have just accepted terms and conditions for the rental car booking. I Entered my card details and clicked on make payment. There is no indication that we now have the hire car booked!
The first thing is to use a Laptop/PC or Tablet, not a mobile.
We are trying to rent a Skoda Octavia picking up at Eindhoven Airport on the 21st this month.
My card is valid and has adequate funds. It's not the card.
It is the card, please contact your Credit Card company or bank, to see if they're blocking payments to rental car componies. This happens often. Or try an alternative card, if you have.
We don't have an alternative card but I will contact my Credit Card company.
