THE RENTAL COUNTER IS LOCATED IN THE RENTAL CAR AREA OF THE AIRPORT WITH THE RENTAL CARS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE (LESS THAN 1000 M). WHEN THE CUSTOMER REACHES THE COUNTER AN ALAMO EMPLOYEE WILL EITHER DIRECT THE CUSTOMER THE RENTAL CAR AREA OR IF REQUIRED CALL FOR A SHUTTLE WHICH IS COMPLEMENTARY AND FREE OF CHARGE AND ESCORT THE CUSTOMER TO THE DESIGNATED SHUTTLE PICK UP AREA.

Debit Cards Accepted:
Visa, American Express and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental should be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The car categories Mini and Economy require a deposit of 300.00 EUR, Compact and Intermediate vehicles have a 500.00 EUR deposit, Full size and Standard vehicles require a 1000.00 EUR deposit. Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Driver's age
25 to 75 years.
Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge 9 EUR per day. Includes 19% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
CROSS BORDER POLICY – Cross border rentals are allowed within the European countries and the continental part of Turkey. A prior written authorization is required and an insurance fee will apply. The guarantee is equal to the buying value of the rented car. This type of rental is recommended to be requested at least 7 working days prior to the rental pickup date. Please contact the reservations department at +40 213165856 or reservation@touringrentauto.ro for further information. The minimum time for the publication of a green card is up to 1 working day depending on the insurance company. The green card covers the rental vehicle with supplemental liability insurance – TPI as long as the vehicle remains within the borders of the country/countries for which the card is issued. The fee for Cross Border Travel ranges between 50 and 130 EUR plus Tax per rental depending on car group and destinations.
